Change windows date regardless of regional settings -


i need change via script date in windows (xp, 7, etc). it's easy: can use date , time commands. how deal regional settings? example xp , german xp have different syntax date command.

output of date in eng requires mm-dd-yy, in german requires dd-mm-yy
