am using ms dynamics online crm2011.i need integrate lync crm.how this?how make call lead through crm 2011 using lync.is possible?is there solutions available this?

install office lync(office communications server) in user system , go ms crm dynamics =>select setting=> choose administrator option => select system setting , follows below : enter image description here
