api - Get users' application list in Facebook -

i want develop facebook app such when user install app. can

1. get user's application list

2. find friend use same apps him(categorized apps)

3. track whether user receives recommendation app

4. track information each app needs users.

i have little experience in facebook app developing. want know technical possible achieve above 4 aims using facebook api?
