Magento - To print out the username along with comment -


iam trying add admin user's name along comment in magento sales_order_view_history block in adminhtml. have created new .phtml echo out username along comment. on clicking submit comment button , again calling old .phtml file. idea why happening so?

please cache disable , re-index data in admin.

system->cache management   - select , disable cache.  system->index management   - select , reindex data.

please try this. may you.
