excel - Column Headers Repeated Into Rows of Table MS SQL Server -


i have excel file linked ms sql server through ado connections. within file can update data in database. ie each row in excel row in sql server.

everything works great, except reason column headers in sql server written every row of data , i'm not sure why. example, column header construction date. see in every row of column construction date.

this problem seems occur 1 of excel files have. have multiple excel files accessing same table in sql server fields seem have problem ones in specific excel file. code same across excel files, difference users. leaves me assume problem because excel crashes.

anyone know why occurs?

there no select statement. excel data linked table sql server. update statement based on primary keys , hard coded. data has changed stored on seperate tab , update runs when click button.
