PayPal's Adaptive Payments API and chained payments with installments -


i own website sellers can sell items (pretty market place). thing i provide buyer option pay installments. know sellers can configure installment plans in paypal panel, , settings valid chained payments create through adaptive payments api.
however, when user redirected payment page of created payment, they not see option pay installments.
not experienced paypal's api, way i've found partially solve implement installments planning in website (both buyer , seller) , simulate installments preapproved payments. wouldn't guarantee money in seller's paypal's account right away, however. there have 1 big question (and smaller one):

  • how can provide option use installments through adaptive payments api?

if there no way ask above: there restrictions on fees can charge service in case choose simulate installments preapproved payments?
