c++ - How to add two videos at a particular point -


i have 8 web-cams , record lengthy tank water ripples. each webcam can record portion of tank, want club videos of 8 web-cams give me perfect video of ripples in tank. how can it? suggestions on languages helpful(c++,matlab instance). algorithm take timestamp t=(start end) , club images @ every second, takes lot of computation. there other way? thank much.
