sharepoint - why sharepoint2010 wiki not consider as popular wiki? -


i working on sharepoint 2010 wiki , before have no experience wiki have checked wikimatrix.com differences don't have have sharepoint 2010 in list.although comparison available 2007 posted. need technical reasons why sharepoint 2010 wiki not considered standard wiki ( technical limitation) others wiki solutions providing ( tikiwiki,dokuwiki,confuluence etc)

the main reason don't sharepoint wiki formatting. more not unable format parts of text because editor doesn't work. starting fresh text easy, works , formatting no issue. texts have been changed , reformatted several times seem messed in markup editor doesn't recognize own work. end copying source mess text editor, clean , paste sharepoint.

another problem in opinion simple fact have real formatting @ all. that's bad declaring comic sans default font in first place. if editors don't adhere standard formatting scheme sites of wiki may 1990s web site, including big yellow headline , blinking text.
