have seen somthing this? tryed http://www.autodwg.com/dwg-viewer/dwgviewx.htm, seems supports 2d objects

another problem taht should work under ie8.

there library called 3 js, can find here http://threejs.org/

but need convert file obj extension.

css - Text drops down with smaller window -
