java - Installing bluecove onto Windows 7 x64 -


i have searched , searched , cannot find definitive answer me understand doing. essentially, want connect bluetooth enabled device computer, achieve using bluesoliel. want able access information in device , use these inputs in java program, after reading have discovered bluecove best option.

so download , unzip it, little experience in sort of thing left flumoxed, there no program run nothing there, there no .jar files import use user-created library how use it.

i hope can desperately trying learn.
