How to get my active users' information from Android Market? -


not programming question closely related. trying send notification users of app, reason can't see how can emails developer's console. know how can list? have full list of emails in database when signed within app, want active users, , in database can't distinguish between active , inactive.

thanks on this.

android doesn't send emails unless pay app (then can cancel orders or send refunds). way send announcement users use push messaging.
