how implement incremental upgrade of application in android ? in order save traffic when download

there nothing need enable this. google play store automatically performs diff on side between users current version , new version , downloads differences (delta).

i'd presume if re-factor code trigger full download that's behind scenes , no way of specifying happens yourself.
