php - Paypal DPRA disable for this merchant message for recurring payment -


i create test account on https://developer.paypal.com , in test account set country usa , account type business. have configured recurring payment. still got error

the article old. , paypal environment changed. please tell me how enable dprp .

if not able enable on account, if can provide me email address of test sandbox seller account, or merchant id account can try enable on account end.
