css3 - CSS up arrow on horizontal drop down menu -

now i'm using wordpress plugin ubermenu menu dropdown. i'm having problem inserting arrow on submenu trough css.

it should http://oi43.tinypic.com/1f7o1e.jpg

so when hover on products should show dropdown arrow , when hover on dropdown should stay this.
