i'm trying figure out how add image between blog posts (i.e., graphic basic divider line, not border) on website: www.sacspartans.org

i know how create , div, add image, etc. don't know file make modification to. know?

i'm using toolbox, bare bones starter theme.

any appreciated.

edit: opened index file... i'm not sure add div.
