Cloud telephony call forwarding -
i looking cloud telephony solution allow me create routing service. service work follows:
- the user calls number,
- the user makes menu choices using dail pad,
- based on data fetched db , user's choice, number selected,
- the user routed number.
the list of numbers change perhaps once day or so. additionally, able record calls , have them available period of time.
it seems me describe resembles call centre (though in case service provided else).
question: know of cloud telephony service fit use-case? pricing model kind of service generally? can per-call or per-call-minute flat model? useful keywords use?
