Cloud telephony call forwarding -


i looking cloud telephony solution allow me create routing service. service work follows:

  1. the user calls number,
  2. the user makes menu choices using dail pad,
  3. based on data fetched db , user's choice, number selected,
  4. the user routed number.

the list of numbers change perhaps once day or so. additionally, able record calls , have them available period of time.

it seems me describe resembles call centre (though in case service provided else).

question: know of cloud telephony service fit use-case? pricing model kind of service generally? can per-call or per-call-minute flat model? useful keywords use?
