php website gives 403 unless i refresh my browser cache -


i have website on live domain. times loads okay gives me 403 forbidden, other users same, tried every best check permissions , every other stuff, yesterday cleaned browser cache , history etc, , bamm, website start working, realized cache problem, solution problem, when clean cache domain starts working, c panel won't load until clean cache. .htaccess, .htaccess has options -indexes , removed confirm myself if problem .. no luck. highly appreciated!

it should test machine problem.

try on other machine.
